I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants, and waking up to the sight of hot air balloons was magical. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, though a bit outdated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but I did have a little hiccup with the billing process. Overall, it offered great value for money, especially with the beautiful pool area and decent dining options.
